The opening press conference in the media center for the 2012 World Motocross Championships kicked off with Youthstream President Mr. Giuseppe Luongo. Mr. Luongo announced, among other things, that the FIM World Motocross Championships will be televised in the USA on SPEED television network - a process that has been negotiated over a long period of time, to help bring the World Championships to the USA.
He also talked about expanding the sport into Latin America, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa - all growing markets. For the 'World' MX Championships, they must become truly global.
