I have made some custom tires for two of my 1/12 scale models. I took six of the slicks and cut them apart and glued them back together to make four scale 10.5" wide slicks. After cutting them up and gluing the pieces back together I used some putty to fill the cracks and smooth the tread back out. I then primed the tires and gave them a coating of flat black. Problem I'm having is the primer dried fine but the flat black paint isn't completely drying. After drying overnight it still feels sticky. What can I do to get the tread back black again?
